This award is not only a recognition of our team’s hard work, but also a validation of the vision behind our eCMR product — transforming how logistics and freight transport manage their consignment notes, carbon accounting, and operational processes.

What makes Cargo Sign stand out?

  • eCMR with CO₂ Calculator built-in
We embed a CO₂ emissions calculator directly into each consignment note, aligned with international standards such as ISO 14083:2023, GHG Protocol, GLEC, and DIN EN 16258. This means every transport operation can now issue certified CO₂ emission reports, even printing a “CO₂ stamp” on the consignment note.

  • Sign on tablet or web, real-time status
No more lost or damaged paper documents. Drivers, shippers, receivers, and other stakeholders see eCMR status in real time — streamlining communication and reducing delays.

  • Seamless integration with ERP / TMS
Cargo Sign uses iFrame-style integration so companies don’t have to juggle multiple systems. Order data can be imported directly into the eCMR interface, minimizing manual effort and errors.

  • eFTI (Electronic Freight Transport Information) compatibility
We are aligned with the EU regulation (Reg 2020/1056). That means cross-border transport can stay completely digital, with trusted data exchange across borders.

  • Cloud storage, filtering, sharing & auditability
All eCMRs are stored securely in the cloud. Users can filter, access, and share them with permitted stakeholders. You can compute emissions per route, period or client — supporting both Scope 1 and Scope 3 reporting.

  • Export, download, share (PDF)
When needed, any eCMR can be exported to PDF and shared. This flexibility ensures compatibility with external partners and stakeholders or for auditing purposes.

Why this matters

In an industry long reliant on paper, error-prone workflows, and manual reconciliation, digital transformation is not just a “nice-to-have” — it’s essential for:

  • boosting efficiency and lowering administrative costs

  • improving transparency in freight operations

  • enabling credible carbon footprint reporting

  • facilitating compliance with evolving regulation

Winning this award means we’re not just building a product — we’re helping move the entire logistics sector forward.

Thank you for your support — onward to a smarter, greener logistics future!
